(Adds background) Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd said Saturday he remained concerned about the ongoing detention in China of Rio Tinto PLC (RTP, RIO.AU) executive Stern Hu, who has been accused of using bribery to seek state secrets. Rudd said he raised the issue during a meeting with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations summit....
